We deliver to most Capital Cities in Australia.

Shipping rates are based on item weight and delivery location. A convenient shipping estimator is provided on our product pages to help you with estimating your shipping costs. You can also contact us on 1300 049 426 to discuss shipping options.

Please note on some bulkier items (metro & regional) it will be necessary to charge additional freight charges due to extra cubic meters on our larger outdoor furniture items.

Our 14 Day Money Back Guarantee Policy

If you receive your new furniture and are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund you in full less the cost of return freight.

Simply contact our customer service team on customerservice@outdoorfurnituresuperstore.com.au and we will give you a code that will need to be marked on the product return. We will advise on when and who will collect the goods from you and the return freight cost that will be deducted from the original purchase amount.

If the goods are deemed damaged or faulty (see our warranty policy) we will cover the return freight charge.

Refunds are usually completed within 7 days of the goods returning to us.

We will not cover product returns that don’t come back to us in saleable condition, are outside of the 14 day period from your receipt of goods, goods that don’t have the original packaging, goods that have been damaged by you or abused.

 

Delivery Terms and Conditions

We will contact you to arrange a nominated day and time of delivery (AM or PM) Monday to Friday between 9.30am and 5.00pm and delivered within 5-7 business days.Delivery will be made to your front door or loading bay immediately adjacent to the delivery vehicle. If you live in a multi-level complex there will be an additional charge by the transport/freight company.  If you are not available to receive the goods on the agreed day there will be an additional charge for re-delivery. If you choose to accept the goods with no one present, any loss of goods cannot be covered by the Outdoor Furniture Super Store.
